What does the $50 starting price cover?+
A single clearing of 2–4 inches of snow on a flat, paved residential driveway up to about 500 sq. ft., clear of vehicles, with room to place snow. This base rate uses the noon–5 PM arrival window. Morning arrival adds $15, early priority adds $35, and a confirmed 6 AM first stop adds $50. Walkways, steps and ice care are separate services. We confirm the full price before starting.
What if it keeps snowing after you clear?+
Prices are per clearing, not unlimited service for an entire storm. Any agreed return visit is billed separately based on the snow cleared then. For example, two visits clearing 6 inches each start at $70 per visit, or $140 total before timing charges. Each visit’s timing charge applies separately. We agree on repeat visits in advance; a visit does not cover snow that falls afterward.
Can I choose when you arrive?+
Yes. Request 6–8 AM early priority (+$35), 8 AM–noon morning service (+$15), or noon–5 PM daytime service (+$0). A reserved 6 AM first stop is +$50 and limited to one property per service day. These are arrival times, not promises that clearing will be finished by then. Tell us your earliest allowed arrival and any completion deadline in the form. A request becomes a booking only after Ryan confirms the full price and timing. Severe weather or access problems may require a revised plan, which we’ll discuss with you.
Do you work with commercial businesses?+
Yes—small businesses and property managers are welcome to inquire about sidewalks, entrances, steps and ice care. We quote each property and agree on timing, treatment and any repeat visits. We use a snow blower and hand tools; we do not offer parking-lot plowing.
Can you clear only my steps or walkway?+
Yes. We can quote just the areas you need. Every property visit has a $50 minimum, including small jobs. Several services can be combined into one visit.
Is ice treatment included with snow clearing?+
Ice treatment is quoted separately: from $25 as an add-on to snow service, or from $50 for a standalone visit. The agreed quote covers the treatment area and any materials. Thick or bonded ice requires assessment. Clearing and treatment do not guarantee that surfaces will remain ice-free.
Do you offer roof clearing or snow hauling?+
Our work focuses on ground-level snow and ice clearing and accessible decks and patios. Roof snow, rooftop ice dams and snow hauling are outside our scope. Snow is placed in an agreed area on the property.
